New Users: Start Here
If you have just received a WardWalk invitation or are signing in for the first time, begin here. You may not know your user role before signing in, so start with the setup guides, then choose the quick start guide that best matches what you see in WardWalk.
Choose Your Quick Start Guide
After signing in, choose the quick start guide that best matches what you see in WardWalk.
If you mainly see canvassing and visit tools, start with the Volunteer guide. If you see campaign progress, documents, reports, or team coordination tools, start with the Core Leadership guide. If you see setup, user management, imports, and account tools, start with the Admin guide.
These guides are useful for volunteers and other campaign users who are working with canvassing, walk lists, maps, visits, comments, documents, or the Campaign Knowledge Assistant.
