By creating an account or using WardWalk, you agree to these terms. A person acting for a candidate or campaign represents that they have authority to bind that entity.
WardWalk is intended for authorized Canadian municipal or local election campaign use. Users must be at least 18.
Campaigns manage access through unique logins. Campaign leadership is responsible for permissions and activity within its workspace.
Campaigns retain ownership of information they enter. Campaigns must use voter-list and campaign data in accordance with applicable authority and rules.
Campaigns are responsible for their own legal and operational compliance. WardWalk provides security features and practical reminders.
All fees are in CAD. Full refunds may be requested within seven days of purchase; later refunds or credits are considered at WardWalk’s discretion.
WardWalk may modify features to improve performance or address legal changes and will aim to provide notice of significant interruptions.
WardWalk is provided as-is and does not guarantee election success. Liability is limited to the license fee paid by the campaign.
Users may not scrape voter data, resell the service, share accounts or use WardWalk for harassment, spam or unlawful activity.
Material breaches may result in termination. These terms are governed by Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law.
